We would like to inform you about the release of the new beta version V0.98 of HTflux. We highly recommend the update as the new version offers new features and small bug fixes.
Some of the new features are:
- DXF single line import
it is now possible to also import single lines of a CAD file (apart from polylines). The single lines can be used as helper lines to create polygons and polylines based on the imported snapping points. - Improved right-click menu in the graphics windows
the right-click context menu in the select and select vertices mode now offers new options to easily edit objects - New PSI-Value calculation mode
the new segment mode allows you to manually input a number of different u-value segments as well as to link the psi-calculation to existing U-value measurement tools. - New glazing tool
a new tool allows you create insulated glazed units (IGU) base on EN673 calculations. After freely defining the glasses, gases, coatings and spacers you can create a geometric object of the IGU to be used in the simulation.

you can now easily define materials as heat sources or heat sinks. Using this option you can effortlessly simulate heat sources such as electric (or other) heating systems based on given power parameters.

Based on temperature tables or synthetic sine cures you can process time resolved thermal simulations. The simulation results can be exported into tables and the simulation can be compiled as a high resolution video.

The installation process will only take a minute and it is recommended that you DO NOT uninstall the old version (as you might lose personal settings then).
